Blair Dance Academy is the home of the Blair Dance Company (BDC), one of the most successful competitive dance teams in Pennsylvania.  The team is formed based on age groups and levels of ability. The BDC has traveled to regional and national competitions throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, South Carolina, West Virginia and New Jersey. These high profile competitions range from one to four days and feature some of the best dance teams in the country. In addition to competing, the Blair Dance Company participates in many planned events such as parades, performances, and other public appearances.

Hip Hop Overdrive (H2O) is Blair Dance Academy's All-Star Hip-Hop dance team. Formed in 2010, this team competes primarily on the All-Star cheer and dance circuit.
